1.0 Prices

All prices are quoted in AUD$ (Australian Dollars) and are inclusive of Goods and Services tax.  International customers are advised that circumstances may arise when the cost of the goods as determined by the website shopping cart may differ slightly from that charged to final acccounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time an order is placed and the time the transaction is completed.

1.1 Payment for orders

Payment for purchases and shipping (postage) must be paid in full before your order is dispatched.  All payments must be settled in the Fountaindale Press account before it is considered that payment has been received.

1.2 Fountaindale Press offers a number of payment methods:

a) for Customers within Australia:

payment by credit card (via PayPal), Personal Cheque, Bank Cheque, Australia Post Money Order, and PayPal.

b) for International Customers:

In most instances, Fountaindale Press will accept payment by credit card (via PayPal), Bank Cheque in AUD$ (Australian Dollars) made payable to an Australian Bank, and PayPal.

Note: Methods of payment listed above are not available in every country. Customers wishing to use an alternative method should contact the publisher.

1.3 Processing of orders

Under normal conditions, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of payment being accepted.  Any variation caused by unusual circumstances will be notified to the customer.

 
2.0 Shipping

Fountaindale Press accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage during transit to goods ordered from this web site or for late or non-delivery of goods. To the maximum extent permitted by law, customers agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods ordered from this website and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us, expressly and irrevocably. 

3.0 Returns and Refunds

Fountaindale Press offers a money-back guarantee for books. The return must be within 10 days of the customer's receiving the goods and proof of purchase must be provided. Any returned stock must be in as-new condition.  All shipping costs of returns are to be borne by the customer.
